Our client approached us to provide an independent review of an administration component developed by a third party. We were told our review needed to focus on 5 elements: coding standards, architecture, security, scalability and maintainability. The main purpose of the review was to highlight major concerns and risks for DFI as they considered partnering with the third party.
The head of Strategy approached Responsive to help develop, articulate and socialise a number of ideas to improve client servicing within the business, as well as define a delivery roadmap for their execution. Three key measures of success were identified: ensuring all stakeholders clearly understand each idea; gaining an understanding of how the business prioritises the ideas; and defining a delivery approach and roadmap to unite all stakeholders on the way forward.
The primary goal of the client's event sponsorship strategy has changed from being focused on generating brand awareness to demonstrating the commercial value potential of sponsoring events. The client team selected the Soweto Marathon as the first use case for this change of focus, and approached Responsive Digital to assist in creating a high-level strategy, execution plan and crafted content to begin the transition from brand awareness to realising commercial value through digital channels. Primary goal: Generate quality leads and drive them to the selected product landing pages. Secondary goal: Convert the leads into potential customers with the goal of a completed lead submission form.
