THE ASK
Our client approached Responsive Digital to quote for a complex custom build application, but had very little documentation to articlate the needs of the business and requirements of the system.
THE APPROACH
A solution advisory approach was recomended to the client. A Responsive team comprising of a digital strategist, solution architect and business analyst worked closely with key client stakeholders to understand and document the business processes and system requirements. Once the team had a clear understanding of what was required, a number of solution options were investigated.
THE RESULTS
All the business processes were modelled into standard notation. A clear set of system requirements and a solution blueprint were delivered to the client, along with an accurate development cost and timeline. The client was able to take this to any other development house for an accurate quote, in order to compare costs and make an informed decision on how best to proceed.
